Information you provide

Account and contact features process the information you choose to submit. Contact messages include your name, email address, subject, message, submission time, and delivery status.

Do not send passwords, security codes, payment details, private keys, or sensitive personal information through the contact form.

How contact messages are used

Contact messages are stored so Vikesh can review and respond to genuine enquiries. A notification is also sent through the existing BuildWithVikesh email queue and Gmail SMTP setup.

Authentication

Authentication uses secure cookies and server-side session records. Access and refresh credentials are not intentionally stored in localStorage or sessionStorage.

Support payments

One-time support payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay collects the customer and payment information required for checkout under its own terms and privacy practices.

BuildWithVikesh receives payment status and transaction information made available by Razorpay, but does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or online-banking credentials.

Technical processing

Hosting and security systems may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the service, including network address, browser information, requested route, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

Retention and changes

Information should be retained only while it is useful for the purpose it was collected, operational records, security, or applicable obligations. This description will be updated when site practices change.
